How To Overcome From Overthinking

Many times our mind starts overthinking. In such situations, to bring our mind out of overthinking, we should divert it by doing some activity or by thinking about something positive—like good things that have happened in our life

Start writing in a journal, because when you write things down, the suppressed thoughts in your mind come out and it helps you feel relaxed.

Practice meditation in the morning (around 4 to 6 AM); it brings peace to the mind.

Before sleeping, you can put a few drops of cow ghee in your nose.

At bedtime, try to think positively—everything will fall into place.

Do not compare yourself with others. The person you compare yourself to may have something you don’t, but you also have something they don’t.Everyone in this world is different. God has given everyone some strengths along with some weaknesses. No one is perfect. If we accept our shortcomings, we can stay happy; if we keep looking at others, we will feel unhappy.

Start thinking positively. When situations are not in your control, learn to accept them

Stop worrying about what society will say—those people also have their own flaws.

A person becomes weak or strong through their mind, so be mentally strong. You are the lead character of your life, so strengthen your mind. Think like this: I can do it. I can face any situation. I will not give up. No situation can break me. I am very strong.

Instead, we should think like this: Whatever happens, I will accept it. We should mentally prepare ourselves for every situation. If we fail, we can always try again with more effort. Thinking this way keeps our courage strong, and even if we fail, our confidence will not break.

If we do any work, we should not be afraid of failure. Not everything is in our control—what is in our hands is only our effort. If we fear failure, it createspressure on us, which leads to stress and overthinking. Because of this, we are unable to concentrate on our work, and our performance becomes even worse.

We should think in our mind that we can adjust ourselves in any situation. We should not keep expectations—neither from ourselves nor from others.
